Healthy Food, Delicious Flavor.

So many people have come to me and said, "Miriam, I would eat healthily, but healthy food doesn't taste good". Well, here is the solution to that problem! In this blog, I will be changing unhealthy foods into healthy foods -- without sacrificing the flavor. Using ingredient substitutions, I hope to teach people that food and flavor do not have to be mutually exclusive. Rather, healthy food can have a great flavor, and still be good for your body.
